About Me

Nina Fitzgerald

Based in a beautiful, calm, private studio tucked away in Croxley Green, I offer small, bespoke classes that are tailored to suit your individual needs with no more than 4 people per class.

One to one and duo sessions are also available at our private studio or from the comfort of your own home. My classes are suitable for all abilities and ages.

I also offer wonderful Pre and Post Natal classes. Being a Mum myself, I understand how important it is to target your posture, pelvic floor, and full-body toning and strengthening.
Pilates is also great for anxiety and depression.

The breath within each movement creates a physiological response in the body that naturally decreases our stress and anxiety. Pilates also provides a space for the mind to focus on the present moment, leaving worries behind.
